1I am looking for a totally bespoke fireplace design - is this something you can help me with?
Yes, we specialise in designing unique, bespoke designs as individual as you are.  Our reputation for creating individual designs is one of the best in the business. Call in store and we can discuss a whole range of ideas.
2Are your fireplaces covered by a warranty?
Yes, all of our fires are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer warranty for added peace of mind.
3I don’t have a chimney - can I still have a bespoke fire and fireplace?
Yes, we are able to design a unique solution to suit your home, tastes and budget. Cal in store and we can discuss the options with you.
